How To Book A Cruise

The following information is a step by step guide to book a Private" cruise

Call or email us and let us know what type of Delta Adventure you are looking for and the number of guests that will be joining you. There is a US Coast Guard maximum license restriction of 35 guests on our cruises, HOWEVER we are limiting cruises to no more than 5 "family groups" of no more than 6 people with a total maximum of 20 people on the cruise.

We can let you know if your date is available. Even if there is already a cruise shown on the date you want we can book more than one cruise on any given date as long as their is about 1 hour in-between cruises.

Please call or email using the Contact Us page to see if your date and time will work at  925-383-5346.

Request a date and time using the Contact Us page of this website.

We will email you a Charter Agreement using DocuSign. Review and complete the agreement. The email with the Charter Agreement will also include instructions on how to pay your 50% deposit using PayPal if you choose to pay online. Or you can mail a check at the address in the agreement.

Deposits for Private Cruises are fully refundable if you cancel 24 hours before the cruise. If the Captain cancels any cruise for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Go to the FAQ's page and see the recommended items to bring. Our vessel, the Rosemarie,  is fully stocked with most everything you will need but their are some personal items you may want to bring. You will see a list of items that are prohibited such as drugs, firearms, knives, and of course swords and cannons. If anyone in your group brings aboard a prohibited item, it will be grounds for the immediate termination of the cruise without any refund. Please make sure everyone in your group understands what is expected so we all can have an enjoyable time without issues.

Unless other arrangements have been made, I will meet you behind Boardwalk Grill Restaurant, located at 5879 Marina Road, Discovery Bay, which is at the Discovery Bay Marina. Please make sure everyone in your group arrives on time so we can start the mandatory orientation on time.

Depending on the departure time of your cruise, people may also be able to buy any last minute things they may have forgotten from the shops along the Boardwalk at the Discovery Bay Marina. However, if you follow the list of things to bring you should have everything you need (this is mainly for overnight adventures). On overnight Delta Adventures we may be making periodic store runs in case anyone realizes they forgot something.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 925-383-5346. If your call goes into voice mail, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Thank You!
